      Missed sales forecast several time and it needs to be better in Marketing and sales execution in NA and West Europe.

      Thank you for your comments. We recently hired a new VP Sales for EMEA, Anthony "Tony" Webb. Tony has hit the ground running and we are confident that in time he will be able to increase our business in the region. Additionally, in the beginning of 2018 we promoted Kevin Martin to lead our North America Sales team.
