Interesting collection of product lines. Excellent Tech Support team. Good Software Engineering team. Navigated the pandemic well, but mostly by cutting costs.

Cons

Little vision or imagination on the part of the execs. HR and execs provided NO guidance or support during pandemic. Too much focus on stock price, not enough on product quality.

You can learn a lot and good place to grow

Cons

Engineers are expected to work everyday for 10 to 12 long hours. Managers do not care as long as you give your share and more. I worked for a10 for 2 years and flexibility is a tough one to negotiate. I have a new addition to the family so I moved on.
