Pros
I have been working at A10 Networks full-time (less than a year). I’m posting this with a throwaway because I’m trying to be as honest as possible, and cut the usual corporate noise. Good projects to work on, great team with really hardworking, smart, and helpful folks. The technology being worked over here is truly impressive and very much up-to-date. You will be given an opportunity to work on the areas of your choice. In the past I have worked in tech giants hence following statement is straightaway from my personal experience “working one year in A10 is equivalent to spending 3 years in any other tech gains, the amount of code you churn, and the sort of technical issues you chase on day to day basis is enormous”. All A10 products are built on-top of open source initiatives, so you always stay relevant with respect to current trends in technical computing. And finally very flexible working hours :)
Cons
Since this is a startup (in Bangalore) you may have to face initial hiccups (at-least still we grow) with respect to other logistics e.g. no cafeteria, limited car parking etc..
