Pros

Very laid back, good people, this was an animation production so not sure how this reflects on A24 as a whole. They seem to still not be sure on their future in animation

Cons

This production felt very cut off from the main studio compared to previous studios I've worked at (also WFH at those) who made an attempt to have inter studio relations and 'state of the studio' zoom meetings.

Pros

Pros: Although senior management is older they are young spirited, lots of company events, free swag, beautiful office space, lots of office snacks, catered food, promotes within, travel internationally with team, lots of team bonding or 1:1 bonding highly influenced & recommended, corp cards.

Cons: more pros than cons :)
