- it’s like high schoolers running a company… literally cliques making huge executive decisions - everyone is young and inexperienced and in turn that leads to disorder, no one knows what to do - there’s no training - there’s no structure, so people make stuff up constantly - you feel compelled to pick sides just to keep your job, everyone talks behind your back - they want to be progressive but this is virtually all white - it all feels like a front, something so fake about the way they operate - very few actually intelligent people there, no one has anything intelligent to say
