Pros

The culture is second to none. Everyone is so welcoming, warm, and friendly. It is a fun environment you get to collaborate, bounce ideas off of each other, and you truly have a voice and your opinion matters. It's a company where people matter, and has an environment that has you excited to come to work every day. Management/Executives are approachable and extremely helpful. I enjoy watching our company expand while still holding the same values held from the start.

Cons

Some positions within company requires travel- Which I don't mind-but, if you're not comfortable with travel-something to keep in mind

Pros

The company is doing something that hasn't been done before. Fun, energetic and diverse culture. The leadership is experienced in the industry. If you're in Engineering, there is a WFH policy. The new office is huge and there is plenty of space to call your own. Since it's a true start-up, there are many opportunities for career growth.

Cons

Some earlier reviews were based on management no longer present. It can be intense since it's a start-up, but rewarding.
