I love AAA but benefits could be much better

Pros

Free AAA gifts and free membership. Competitive wages and lots of opportunity to move around and advance in the company where the wages get very good. Awesome facilities. Supervisors are typically friendly. Ability to work remotely in some positions.

Cons

No benefits for part time. There are no sick days but we do get paid time off that accrues weekly. Annual bonuses are pretty lousy. Extremely busy call center environment.

Unfortunately, I cannot think of anything that resembles a "pro" regarding working at AAA... As another reviewer mentioned, there is the free AAA membership. There you go!

Cons

Management is terrible and it only gets worse the higher you go. Turnover is high. Pay is low if you're not a manager. I worked for a manager who lied, was incompetent, blamed others for their mistakes, was not held accountable for their department and never took responsibility, did not set an example and was not a leader.

Great Pay, Family oriented, great benefits

Cons

Hours, depending on the department you work, you are an essential employee so you have to be there regardless of weather, but supervisors are understanding if you cannot make it in for your shift. Safety is the number one priority!
