Pros
This company supports and encourages a positive culture. They provide training, technology, support services and ongoing communication. Management wants employees to be successful and for us to be here for a long time. There are a lot of long term employees here and there appear to be plenty of growth opportunities. This company continues to grow its AAA members by at least 1% every year. That is amazing in this time of cutbacks and diminishing memberships and subscriptions.
Cons
Sales positions are very challenging. They are commission based with a small base that diminishes over time. It is pay for performance.
