Most general office employees are great to work with. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Company doesn’t help to promote growth other than “sell life insurance.” It’s “your business” but it really isn’t, keep adjusting the comp tiers higher to pay less commissions. Everything is a secret. Everything. Zero room for advancement.
