Pros

Good benefits. The company is growing, earning and hiring constantly. Jay seems to be taking the company in a good direction.

Cons

The culture is different depending on what department you are in. Some managers are good while others just don't have good attitudes. New Business department is overworked and underpaid. HR plays favorites and allows bad behavior by some employees and complaints are ignored.

Cons

A few too many egos...we all work on the same team. Fear for how a person might be conceived by other people for things that they do or say sometimes hinders what actually is happening and causes things not to be able to move forward in a positive way
