      Management places a lot of importance on culture, and the people are generally pleasant to work with. Agile practices are used somewhat effectively.

      Cons

      The company is business-first and treats IT as a cost center. This isn't a horrible thing, as IT workers are still respected and valued, but the priorities are clear.
