Good benefits. Nice people overall.

Cons

No direction. Management asks for your opinion and does nothing. High level managers don't communicate with each other. Projects start and stop and start again. No clear direction on what is a priority because managers keep changing their minds. The whole HR department quit. High level managers talk behind each others backs.

The people are nice and the benefits are very good.

Cons

The company couldn't care less about you. The environment there is terrible, backstabbing, lies, underhanded behavior, favoritism, rude, insulting and degrading behavior by the managers, directors and VP's. I would drive home in tears at least once a week. Was literally the worst environment I have ever worked in. Also no opportunity for advancement, managers purposely keep their employees down and get in the way of any advancement opportunity.

Micro managed, behind the times as far as technology. Pressure to work overtime on the 15th and the end of the month so agents can get their commission. Manager give you a job performance review every two weeks
