      Rock solid company, great benefits, promote from within.

      Pros

      Great company to establish a career. Super benefits including a pension. Leader in roadside assistance. Promotes from within. Tailored training program and a strong partnership with Dale Carnegie institute. Privately held non-profit. Sales contests with great travel destinations.

      Cons

      40+ hours is normal. Monthly goal attainment can be tough for some but stimulating for others. Work on weekends fairly normal. This is not a 9-5 desk job.
