Company has made major changes to be more employee-centric over the last few years. The opportunity to work hybrid, salary adjustments to be more competitive, improved benefits package, including reimbursements for mental and physical health, and a highly visible CEO all contribute to a positive work environment.

Cons

Company is not as transparent as it could be when employees leave, especially at the executive level. Leads to questions and rumors.

Amazing company to learn while you earn. Great for HS and College grads looking for their first job. Once you are an employee you will have access and visibility to all sorts of jobs in IT, Marketing, HR, Travel, Member Relations, Insurance, Finance, etc, etc. AAA Northeast is a business of businesses.

Cons

Hard to come up with any Cons. If you are a good worker with a good work ethic, this is a great Company to start, stay, learn, contribute be part of a team and possibly retire from,
