      Great benefits, Good equipment, Great ppl to work with. They will work with you for any shift changes needed or family time. I wish I had never left

      Wish I had never left. Hope to be back. Just talk to management if you have any issues.

      AAA encourages their employees to grow within. They offer programs, classes and job shadowing so you can explore other jobs and departments.

      Cons

      I cannot think of a con reason for working for AAA. I love what I do!

      Pros

      Amazing company to learn while you earn. Great for HS and College grads looking for their first job. Once you are an employee you will have access and visibility to all sorts of jobs in IT, Marketing, HR, Travel, Member Relations, Insurance, Finance, etc, etc. AAA Northeast is a business of businesses.

      Cons

      Hard to come up with any Cons. If you are a good worker with a good work ethic, this is a great Company to start, stay, learn, contribute be part of a team and possibly retire from,
