Pros

AAA Northeast is a wonderful place to work because it offers excellent benefits and rebates to those who work there. Additionally, they have created an environment that cultivates the talents of employees so that can move into leadership positions. Another opportunity that the company offers is tuition reimbursement if a person wants to achieve an academic degree. The company did prioritize the health and well-being of its employees especially in light of the pandemic. They have plenty of ways employees can engage in volunteerism in the community and encourage all employees to take advantage of their volunteer time off. Overall, the company is a great place to grow in a career!

Cons

Depending on the role, not all employees have the opportunity to work fully remotely. This may be inconvenient for some.
