Great opportunity for both seasoned agents and new agents. Compensation is better than independent agents access to 6 million members full benefits wonderful place to work Ground floor opportunity

Cons

You’ll be part of a growing team So there are some growing pains but all of them are addressed and taken care of and truly a great place to work
