Pros

Everyone from managers to associates take the time to get to know each employee, Laid back environment where there is flexibility in regards to work, assisting members is in a way fulfilling their dreams and goals (booking a dream trip, saving them money with a package insurance policy).

Cons

Sometimes the different units could work more cohesively instead of as separate departments, company could work better to better integrate newer technology and services that would expand their business, upper management oversees several offices in an area, so corporate feedback is far between.
