Pros

Only pro it has a good brand image but not now

Cons

The management is all political biased and not at all employee friendly. They do not care about the employees issues and has so many civil suits against them. They do all hanky panky business in terms of showing the numbers to their Japanese management.

Pros

AAF has a good brand image

Cons

AAF used to be a very good brand and bow it has lost its brand and quality both. The new management is not at all employee friendly and uses employees for their internal politics.
