Pros

Good pay and some good employees.

Cons

Where to begin? Huge promises of empowerment, new projects, etc but job was basically data entry work. Worst micromanaging I have ever seen, both at the local and corporate level-no respect received, only negative criticism daily. Unprofessional HR=no confidentiality. Important decisions & changes were always made too quickly to implement correctly & efficiently. This was the worst place I have ever worked in my 25+ years of experience. If you ever wanted to work in a 1960's style workplace, this is it-punch the clock (and you better not be a minute late), work, work, work & stay until everything is done, no exceptions, no matter how unrealistic the expectations are (insert cracking whip sound here).

Pros

The work itself is easy, most of the customers are very nice. Some of the sales reps are helpful. They pay for training.

Cons

Management, sales rep, other customer service reps don't know how to communicate. It's not a team player environment. people will throw you under the best to cover their own butts. No one wants to take responsibility for anything. They nitpick over the simplest things but when it comes to actually doing your job and if you do it well, they don't recognize it at all. They don't care about your personal life or if you have things going on. "That's not my problem" is a favorite line. They miscommunicate about overtime. If you're a minute or two late they are asking you why. They don't do reviews if you have reached your 60 day, 6 month or 1 year employment mark.
