Pros

You can get a discount on HVAC units, and filters. And from time to time be entertained at how ignorant the plant manager can be.

Cons

Plant Manager does not know how to operate a computer, a plant, a toilet, etc., Upper Management has a lot of turnover, Middle Management has a lot of turnover. If you come from an "established" manufacturing company and work for AAF you will be stepping back into the 1970's with the technology, documentation, and manufacturing in general.

Pros

The times of work were very flexible and lower management were willing to work with you on that. Plenty of over time if you wanted it. The pay was decent. A very diverse place to work and plenty of warehouse equipment to work with.

Cons

Not much room for growth.....like AT ALL. And always a change in management which they never knew what they were doing. Upper management needed to get it together.
