Pros

The new GM bringing changes into the work culture is good.

Cons

Lack of team spirit, everyone works in a silo mode. No great employee benefits, other than self insurance. If we ask anything to the HR, he backs it up in the name of Factories Act. No soft skill training. They overload people with 10 FTEs workload per person. Each situation has a difference in decisions taken based on their mood. Most of the HODs dont know their work, or how to lead their teams.
