Toxic Workplace

Pros

Workers on the floor are great people who want to work hard and do a good job.

Cons

Toxic Work Culture! HR is the worst! All they do is gossip and they never fix any issues. They make up rules that only apply to you and no one else if you’re not one of their favorites, just so they can write you up. Management is such a joke. They literally do nothing all day but sit in their offices and never solve a single problem with the constantly broken down machines and bad quality materials. Worse, they just blame the operators and treat them like dirt. All the best employees are run off, and their turnover rate is over 50%.
