Pros

Overall the company is good. Has relatively high starting pay and offers medical and dental insurance at a fair price. Co-workers are good. It's a manufacturer so it can only be so good however.

Cons

Currently no vision insurance offered. Communication between from managers to employee's can be improved on. Communication from shift to shift could be better. Often having to work overtime because someone on another shift called in. Some managers just care about hitting their numbers and not about how the employees are doing.
