Great colleagues but there are a lot of interdepartment conflict.

Great colleagues. There are opportunity to travel to Europe for training.

Cons

They don’t have a lot of HR personnel. The role of HR is not very strong. They rely on managers to do some of the HR functions which often conflict with the managers KPI interest.
