      If you are interested in solid Career path, you might try AAK as a place with good opportunities, friendly environment. There are a lot of departments to explore and to improve, as well as to contribute to the company's success.

      Cons

      Lack of Communication between managerial levels. HQ is not willing to hear what your concerns are. Everyone is talking about strategy and high Margins, but not to improve small things. Cheap mentality. Cutting costs on everything. AC will be off even if it is 35 C outside. Also, Cafeteria is not working. It is funny because AAK is a food producer, but there is no willingness to feed their own employees.
