      Easy job with no chance of being fired

      Cons

      Horrible environment if you want to grow and expand your skillset. Low pay with even lower yearly raises. Company is filled with tons of nepotism with friends getting friends hired and then using each other to climb and get more friends hired. The culture here is so bad there was a literal lawsuit about unionizing where the company lost and had to pay all the court fees.

      Everyone that works here cares about one another. Good management team. Cross functional team is challenging with room for learning different aspects of the business.
