Colleagues are friendly and are very easy to work with.

Cons

there is a lot of working/psychological harassment officially report to high management and it simple ignore. The management is toxic and protected. I would not recommend to work there if you can avoid it. AAK presents itself as a great company that cares bout employees but it is not true. There is constant people quitting due to toxic enviroment.
