Good pay, close to home/ easy commute.
Cons
No benefits, owner of the franchise I worked at was very shady. I work there for anbout 9 months and the business owner was in Australia for 7 of those. After turning down a “promotion” to a different location in another state I was Laid off and replaced by someone who I think was paid off the books.
