Pros
I enjoyed the challenges that the position offered and the people I was able to assist. The transmission industry is constantly changing and I liked being able to assist with keeping franchisees informed on new opportunities. I also enjoyed being able to find opportunities to improve the overall business through the reporting that was available.
Cons
The target for bonusing was inconsistent through the target center program. I would have preferred a consistent growth percentage instead of having the V.P. decide where the targeted weekly performance would be. The POS system was also not very intuitive or user friendly, though the reporting that was available was incredibly useful toward driving key metrics.
