You get paid a decent base salary.

Cons

Management doesn't know what they are doing. They will change your job title several times a year, will add to your responsibilities without a raise, expect you to work 10 hours straight with no administrative support or lunch (they track your missed call percentage, so if you take a lunch for 30 mins and tank your percentage you will get in trouble), and have a terrible business model.
