      Pros

      I don’t have much to compare it to, but so far my experience at AAMCO has been nothing short of wonderful. The training was excellent. My coworkers have gone above and beyond to help me adjust. My manager is friendly and he seems like someone I can talk to if and when I need to. So far, I can’t say I have any complaints.

      Cons

      One thing I’ve learned working here is that you’ve got to be willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.

      Pros

      If you’re looking to get into the automotive industry, there simply isn’t anywhere better to work. AAMCO has the best reputation in the area and is well known for hiring only the best of the best. They pay a premium for the most qualified candidates and have no qualms letting go of employees who don’t meet their standards. Every aspect of the process is vetted and even though you get into this line of work for the passion, you know you’re also in good hands because the company has your back.

      Cons

      Hours have been irregular the past year due to COVID and trying to do work masked and social distanced isn’t the easiest.

      Pros

      Nice people, good work flow.

      Cons

      No order, lacks ability to maintain shop and keep proper tools and equipment in working order to be able to do daily repairs. If the techs don’t keep up on stock of proper necessities, keep equipment in working order it will not get done.
