      Able to move up in the company quickly Have a nice role Quick communication with senior leadership

      Cons

      Base salary is not the market rate (especially based on region of the country) A lot of out-of-pocket expenses - better to already be in a favorable financial position prior to taking the job. Needs cultural competencies re-evaluated

      No weekends, parts and services at cost

      Cons

      high stress, pay is ridiculous considering what you are asked to do on a daily basis. 29 years of experience, I'm very good at what do and the pay simply doesn't reflect that
