Pros

Corporate support and training. Pay and benefits. Managerial support. Coworkers are amazing. The work/life balance is great as well but don’t expect not to work hard if you want to move up the ranks. It’s a massive corporation that feels like a small business. A good place to learn and grow.

Cons

Customer service sucks sometimes no ifs, ands, or buts about it. It’s just how it is.

So far so good! I couldn’t be happier. AAMCO is exactly the kind of company I always saw myself working for and I’ve never been happier in my career.

Cons

Not a one. If there were, I’d still be looking instead of mapping out the next few decades of my life within the company.
