Pay was great because I am a salesman, and you are paid on performance of the sales. So I was very happy with that. Mon-Fri schedule. Discounted auto repair

Cons

I have worked for a few different owners, and only one of them actually knew how to run an Automotive Repair facility. Due to my previous experience I was very poorly trained and yet held accountable anytime their was poor performance. The one that did know, was not consistent. I still have never been trained the Aamco way, even after more than 5yrs with them

There is a significant amount of money to be made here, as well having the ability to help people.

Cons

As in virtually any repair facility, it can deeply depend on your shops physical location. You will starve in economically depressed areas unless you have a well written compensation factor
