Pros

Good overall company to work for. The small business mentality means your opinion matters. If you have strong sales and interpersonal relationship skills, then you'll be able to put a lot of money in your pocket. You control your destiny - some people will fail and move on, others will prosper and become lifelong CSM's.

Cons

Be prepared to make sacrifices to your home life. You'll be working a minimum of 50 hours per week.
