Depending on the location, which is really important because they are all owned and operated but franchise owners. Some good some bad. I treated customers with respect and integrity. Good service and options

Cons

Management was going downhill and slipping the customer a bill for a higher amount was done from corporate

Pros

The benefit to being involved with AAMCO is the experience in the business. They do have many marketing suggestions.

Cons

The ideas they present usually cost the franchisee money up front and they do not increase the margins you work with. They are more concerned with increasing your Gross sales without consideration to the profit margins they create.

The work schedule afforded me an opportunity to be there for my sons and an adequate compensation to meet our family needs.

Cons

Advancement is non-existent unless you open your own store, which requires alot of money. Most franchisees offer no benefits.
