Good name and system, independence on day to day operation. Monday they Friday, home in evenings. No weekends or evenings..

Cons

Ownership is never involved and when they are they have no idea what's going on. Nothing is ever good enough

The work schedule afforded me an opportunity to be there for my sons and an adequate compensation to meet our family needs.

Cons

Advancement is non-existent unless you open your own store, which requires alot of money. Most franchisees offer no benefits.
