Pay by clock hours conciderate to family time needs. Close enough to home. Attempts to meet Technical training.. Over time and vacation time..

Cons

Slow at times.. Rush or push to meet financial quota at other times. Lack in todays vehicle testing equipment. Customer's needs.

Not a bad schedule for a repair facility. Mostly monday - friday and occasional Saturday. Management was decent and not berating toward employees.

Cons

Extremly high turnover rate. You could not develop an type of relationship with anyone because store managers and technicians are constantly changing.
