Good pay, Nice to work for honest people. Aamco has a good traning program.One thing about working at Aamco we see new types of transmissons sooner than Mom and Pops shops. The learning cycle is always ongoing. Having a internet Tech forum where techs can talk to each outher and solve problems.

Cons

Having to work on outher parts of the car than the transmisson.

Pay by clock hours conciderate to family time needs. Close enough to home. Attempts to meet Technical training.. Over time and vacation time..

Cons

Slow at times.. Rush or push to meet financial quota at other times. Lack in todays vehicle testing equipment. Customer's needs.
