      Pretty good place to work

      Pros

      Great place for learning Airbus A320 series aircraft. Great for the young folks just getting started. Benefits are above average. Pretty laid back, but we got the job done.

      Cons

      Management was not on the ball with those who had a poor work ethic, which made it harder for those that came to work, adding to the work load. Pay can always be better, as with any job. But it was hard to keep the good guys...the majors make way more money. Nature of the beast, I guess.

      Great company and allowed me to gain experience in the industry.

      Pros

      401k, dental, vision and health insurances, education support, vacation paid, sick days. friendly workplace and with flexible hours subject to approval.

      Cons

      Low-mid wages, lack of training and professional ethic in some managers. Bad coordination between departments. Short break times. Parking lot is kindly far.
