We are excited about all the things we have in place to ensure a positive working environment - open door policy, town halls, ongoing coaching and feedback, recognition, learning and development opportunities and approachable leadership. We also continue to support our managers through management training and leadership development. We will continue to make sure our managers focus on their people!
