work inside - paycheck - a "toe" in the industry of aviation - not worth a long term investment of time or mental effort. Bottom of the barrel in Canadian Aviation

Cons

Current leaders are not competent - this starts at the local level and extends externally. Hiring team are puppets, quality and production follow suit like sheep. Safety and Quality are last to profit.
