Pros

some really nice, intelligent, knowledgeable people work there. some pay is higher than other companies in the local area. lots of folks dedicated to the work. business casual dress code. fun employee events throughout the year.

Cons

many dysfunctional and unprofessional people at all levels; nothing is done to correct them. many managers are not trained to manage people, only projects and/or paper. oddest HR department I've ever seen.

Pros

Great people, nice big hangar, decent city to live in. (Windsor)

Cons

HR and upper management needs to be worked on. They fired folks that did no wrong but bother the general manager before he left. Steady work was something you craved, plenty of layoffs.

No commitment to improve

Pros

hourly employees are friendly but management needs to improve. They preach that everything is great, but in reality they refuse to take steps to improve.

Cons

No commitment to improve based on employee inputs. Refuse to improve failing processes. Set unrealistic production goals and place the burden on the backs of the production employees rather than PMs or management. Willing to take shortcuts and turn a blind eye to standards in order to meet deadlines. Instead of fixing problems, they pile on more work and expect the same results. Good employees are either beat down or forced to leave when trying to make improvements.
