Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear you felt there were some great people to work with. In supporting our AAR Value of Work As One. Be Inclusive, we are excited about all the Employee Resource Groups we have launched to promote cultural awareness. We also have so many programs in place to help our employees grow and develop - Learning and Development, Mentorship, Leadership Development, Stretch Assignments, Job Shadowing, On-the-Job Training and robust Learning Management System. We will continue to do what we can to help support our employees and managers with the skills they need in being respectful, working together and having the ability to share open feedback.

Thank you for your review. We know the decision to move away from operations in Duluth was not an easy one. We helped make sure all employees had an opportunity to work in another location of our organization. We are very excited about the growth of our business and continue to make sure our employees have the support they need to be successful. We look forward to another great year for AAR!
