Staff is very nice and the amount of overtime is practically limitless.

Cons

Leadership is lacking and necessary training isn't really given.

Flexibility, compensation and talented workforce. The company provides a flexible work schedule and strives for promotion from within the company.

Cons

Things can move slowly within the company at times. Benefits are below industry standard. Company needs to continue to foster a lean engaged culture.
