Pros

Great place for learning Airbus A320 series aircraft. Great for the young folks just getting started. Benefits are above average. Pretty laid back, but we got the job done.

Cons

Management was not on the ball with those who had a poor work ethic, which made it harder for those that came to work, adding to the work load. Pay can always be better, as with any job. But it was hard to keep the good guys...the majors make way more money. Nature of the beast, I guess.

My program was closely tied to commercial aviation, COVID hit the airlines and our programs along with it.
