Greetings, & thank-you for your review. Comp is always being worked, so that it is fair, and equitable, to all. Very much appreciate encouraging everybody to earn that A&P, even if you are doing R/E. I do think we continue to do the best job we can around scheduling. Yet, that being stated, aviation is so dynamic, as it rolls 24/7/365.
