Where do I start. The people, the benefits, the facility, everyone is nice. The company itself takes care of its employees. I have no complaints.

Pros

AAR is a great place to work! Employees care about each other and are always willing to help each other out. Management welcomes feedback and input. There is not a lot of "red tape" you may find at other companies.

Hello, & thanks for post. Not sure how to respond, yet want to try & help, so give me a call at 630-227-2074 when convenient on your end, & we can visit. On this end, have utilized your "freedom" advice in social media efforts, yet not sure how to move that along to Indy hangar management. Oh, and the new Rockford hangar is always open to transfers, so perhaps consider, as I can help & offering good relo money. It's about a 4 1/2 hour car ride from Indy to RFD, so not too far.
