Hello, & thanks for post. Not sure how to respond, yet want to try & help, so give me a call at 630-227-2074 when convenient on your end, & we can visit. On this end, have utilized your "freedom" advice in social media efforts, yet not sure how to move that along to Indy hangar management. Oh, and the new Rockford hangar is always open to transfers, so perhaps consider, as I can help & offering good relo money. It's about a 4 1/2 hour car ride from Indy to RFD, so not too far. Pros

The pay is decent, most of the time there is a good work/ life balance, and there are some opportunities to advance.

Cons

There are so many Managers and Directors and virtually all of them have atrocious leadership skills. There is a widespread phenomenon where everyone wants to do each other's jobs. It's so confusing and redundant.
